Thank you for you continued support over the past 10 years and we know that by God’s grace we will continue serving you, keeping you looking Stylistically Chic.

Today we celebrate Thanksgiving, so I thought it would be a good time to share a handful of my favorite tips for making thankfulness a daily part of your life.

Being thankful for what you have is one of the simplest and easiest ways to lift your mood and to give your motivation a jolt helping you live a happier life.

No matter who you are or where you live, these tips should be helpful for the success of you making thankfulness a daily part of your life.

1. Pause and look around

A simple first step to being more thankful is to pause during your day and ask yourself these two questions:

  • What are some things I can be thankful for in my life?
  • Who are the people in my life that I am thankful for?

2. Express your thankfulness

Don’t stop at just coming up with people for whom you are grateful to have in your life. Take a few seconds to tell them about it. Express to these people your feelings of gratitude. This will make them feel happy and you will feel happier too. Remember, it always makes someone feel great when they know that they are valued and appreciated.

3. Take a look at yourself

You are also very important and valuable, remember to appreciate you. Make a list of things that you would have done or accomplished that you are thankful for. Pat yourself on that back for these accomplishments, after all these are things that should bring you joy and for that reason, you are thankful.

4. Be thankful of the things you may take for granted

The things that you have gotten used to having can become things you take for granted. I have found that being grateful for some of the simplest things such as food and clothing can help with putting your personal life in perspective. There are many out there who don’t have, therefore, we much always give thanks.

5. Start or end your day with thankfulness

To make thankfulness into a habit that sticks, find a regular time for it in your day. Maybe, you can start your day in a good way by finding things to be grateful for. If you have kids start this tradition. Every morning or on the drive to school ask the question, “What do you have to be thankful for?”

Or you can take a few minutes in the evening, just before going to bed to use a journal to write down the things that you are grateful for.

Remember, it is the simple things in life that we so often take for granted that we should be grateful for.

Today and every day, not only am I grateful for my customers but, on a more personal level I am grateful for life, health, family, friends, accomplishments, my list is endless.

What are you grateful for? Share some of your gratefulness with us!

Every day is not always the same, however every day I am grateful and thankful for my life. A few years ago I experienced major health problems from one extreme to another. Today I am healthy. God has been kind to me.
A few years ago, I had to make payments on accounts to the various utilities company. With some time insufficient funds or payment plans to my daughter’s school for her tuition. Today I debt free and can pay every bill in full.
    God has been kind.
A few years ago, I was preparing to divorce my husband and move out of the martial home. December 7th, 2022 will make us 20yrs in married.
    God has been kind.
    I AM GRATEFUL FOR LIFE

As I reflect over the past year, I am most grateful for the love and support of my family friends. It is through the building of genuine relationships that we achieve the fulfillment that each of us seek within ourselves. The many smiles, hugs, thoughts and prayers keeps us humble! 💗
